शिक्षा का विषय कुछ भी हो, लक्ष्य है समाज में प्रतिष्ठा और धन कमाने की कला सीखना। 40 - 50 लाख या करोड़ रूपये प्रति वर्ष की नौकरी गर्व का विषय है, किन्तु कितने लोगों को यह सौभाग्य मिलता है? निचले पायदान पर अगर कुछ लोग साल दो साल भटकते हैं तो कोई उनकी चर्चा नहीं करता। प्रतिभावान परीक्षा में केवल नब्बे-पिच्यानवें प्रतिशत अंक लाने वाले ही नहीं, फेल होने वालों में भी क़ाबलियत होती है।

नई शिक्षा नीति में कैरियर की जागरूकता माध्यमिक शिक्षा (कक्षा 9, 10, 11) से आवश्यक है। परन्तु चार वर्ष की कॉलेज शिक्षा में प्रथम वर्ष से ही कैरियर की तैयारी शुरू हो जानी चाहिए, जिसमें उद्योग जगत की भी भूमिका है।

Similarly, 90 -95 percent in boards is not the only indicator of talent. Every indidual has talent that blossoms in right environment. It is said that destiny or itinerary of us all is fixed, but that doesn’t mean one should not make effort.

The new education policy talks of skilling from 6th onwards, but let it not be business to teach coding alone. Create awareness of options before a choice is made. Planning for career should start from secondary level (9, 10, and 11) or the first year of degree program.
